Help is Help

I voted last week for Sen Obama PERIOD. They may wish to down talk Obama, but that's just ignorance.
When someone decides to reach out a help common folk and you slap their hand it is simple. You are either uneducated, prejudice, selfish, bias. If you judge because of color your are racist.

If I am in a bind and a alien with purple hands and pink feet helped save me, I wouldn't give a damn. I needed help and I got it by someone or something is all that matters.

Sad Day.
Obama said this morning that he isn't sure that his ill Grandmother will be around to see Election Day. Madelyn Dunham is her name and she is 85 years old with a birthday coming this weekend.

John Lewis"I have no reason to apologize."

Sir John Lewis one of the strong living, breathing African Americans that walked and fought side by side with Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. for equality, justice, and peace for all. Mr. Lewis issued a statement a few weeks ago saying that he sensed the McCain/Palin rallies were starting to be reminiscent of the 60s with the chanting and preaching of segregation and hate speech.

The McCain camp claimed that Mr. Lewis was wrong and had no reason to categorize the rallies as such. Cry me a river McCain.
John McCain wanted Barack Obama to denoucne Mr. Lewis for those comment. Never happened. John McCain never attempted to quail the "Paling around with Terrorist" comments that begin the KILL HIM/TERRORIST/TREASON/MUSLIM(again)/ARAB/N*GGER/KKK Letters etc.

Now John McCain is saying that he loves his supporters. HE LOVES HIS SUPPORTERS!

Colin Powell Endorses Barack Obama!

As we all know Colin Powell to be one of the most respected, powerful and influential people in this country especially when it comes to knowledge of the military, war, and foreign affairs.

I watched him today on Meet The Press lay out several reasons that he is backing Obama and none had to do with race.

As for McCain, Powell said that he is troubled by the direction of the Republican Party. Stating that it begin with the pick of Sarah Palin.

Final Debate Thoughts..

Well did we all finally see what we needed to see in the final debate? Obama, cool as a fan. McCain, anger leaking out of his eyes and fire shooting from his cheeks.
Let's compare.
Sen. Obama killed lies and spoke truth to the issues. Obama also broke down specifics while being attacked by someone whom needs to do some fact checking. Did I mention how respectful Barack Obama was?
Sen. McCain seemed to go after Obama off the jump which was interesting. But that was his down fall, as he slowly walked into a situation with a Prepared, Eloquent, Savvy, Factual, Smooth Barack Obama. Time after time McCain started a fire but was quickly extinguished. I got the notion that McCain wanted Obama to only address issues that McCain raised, as though McCain was the moderator and wouldn't have to answer questions. Didn't work McCain, but he tried to continually divert the questions he was asked back into attacks on Obama. Sounds familiar, sounds like Palin. Wow birds of a feather....... There's so much to chop up and I will later but a few more things.
-Did McCain give any substance or more lies and attacks? -Lies and attacks.
-Did McCain address the say-it-to-my-face-issue? No, he talks big on the trail, not in person. Biden said,"if a man has something to say to another man, you say it in that mans face." Sorry McCain
-Did McCain address the Kill Him/ Terrorist etc? No he wanted to talk about John Lewis( a man that lived and fought through that period of racism and injustice) who made a correct observation of the McCain/Palin rallies. But McCain said he loved those people! That would be the ones that were never stopped or called out for making sweet kill him comments!
-And what is wrong with being eloquent? Nothing.

Sarah Palin- You Can Say What?

Sarah Palin has said what we all have been thinking for the longest. She said,"I can say what I want to about Barack Obama because I have nothing to lose." Well the cat is out of the bag officially. This was said yesterday on RUSH L Show, where she feels comfortable to say nonsense as if it wouldn't get out. Maybe she wishes the US will divide so she can go back to Alaska and join the Alaska Independence Party(AIP). This lady must think that she is becoming the big bad wolf for the Conservative Party, but little does she know her party is withering away. Creating hate speech and allowing it to manifest reminds some of the 60s. She has officially been placed in the bum chair.

Okay we need to get one thing correct. Obama has nothing to do with the needy group of individuals working for Acorn that may have abused their authority. It was admitted that some people in the group were at the bottom of the barrel and would do anything to receive cash incentive.

However, the interesting fact of the matter is that there is no Voter Fraud. You have to vote to commit voter fraud. People would need thousands of fake IDs to pull of this garbage. Credit Acorn for reporting the violations and firing those individuals.

Let's be clear Obama along with a team of lawyers worked with/for the Justice Dept & Acorn years ago. Obama didn't directly use Acorn for any of his campaign ground work. Acorn had been subcontracted out by another group.

In 2006, McCain spoke highly of and praised Acorn at their conference.

Reasons To Hide Palin!

For some odd reason, I think that John McCain attempted to pull a rabbit out of the hat with the Palin pick. It was a good thought the McCain camp had as they made an attempt to gain the Clinton Women Vote.
However, Palin just wasn't the right pick with these lingering factors.
-When Palin speaks she talks around herself to make her seem as if she knows the facts or issues when she really doesn't.
-Just received a passport a few years ago.
-Never had a real meeting with heads of state and the photo op at the UN meeting doesn't help.
-As an energy expert she doesn't have correct information about energy.
-Sarah Palin has showed that she can't give an INTERVIEW without John McCain around unless she is on FOXnews.
-For some reason she wasn't allowed to go out an campaign alone for a few weeks!
-The media couldn't look into her past dealings as a Gov/Mayor because it would be called sexist.
-No one could know anything about someone that has personal issues in her own home with Todd, her oldest son with his juve record for slicing the brake line on several school buses, and you know about Bristol and the baby.
-McCain and Palin had to hold hands as they went out into the world.
-Didn't want to cooperate with the Trooper Gate investigation after saying that she would. We now know that see violated the code of ethics.
-Participated with Todd Palin in praising the Alaska Independence Party.(Video Proof)
-There is much, much more.

This is alarming to me because she has now begin to throw stones and she lives in a glass house. It's funny she is attacking others as she tries to hide her flaws. Just talk about the issues and not bring down each other especially if your closet is very ugly.

Election Issues

We are just weeks away from one of the Biggest Elections in U.S. history. We have two very different individuals from age, temperament, ideas, and visions for the country.
I believe that we have to focus on the issues such as Health Care, Education, Jobs, Energy, and ending a war which was wrongfully waged. I don't think that character assassination is the best way to go because it doesn't benefit either of us. And please lets end the LIES. Providing FACTS are far better that conjuring up LIES.
